We chose the vegetarian option and are happy to share a bit about that with y’all today. Chef de cuisine Keith Clinton + the team there made this experience so fun and memorable.
I’d recently spent time at Chez photographing new menu items & am thrilled to share my Justin Fox Burks Photo Studio images of some of the stellar, creative, and seasonal dishes that I was then able to try during dinner w/ Amy the other night.
We loved the tomato salad accented w/ yuzu and flowers (pictured here), the milk bread course w/ peach butter, chanterelle mushrooms in squash purée, and the amuse, two tiny savory tarts with so much umami flavor. A brand-new dessert featuring tarragon ice cream, lime leaf, and coconut was so good as well. I can’t choose a favorite thing because we were both just wowed by all of it!
