This was such a fun collaboration! We’ve really enjoyed Lauren’s style of cooking and her creative ideas. So I got to thinking, how could we collaborate on something new? Well, we each chose a recipe and got to cooking.

Lauren made our Grilled Peach Ice Cream with the inventive addition of grilled lemon and poblano peppers + her Coriander Pepita Brittle. And we tried her Grilled Peach Romesco. It was so good, and you can check out her recipe here:

Grilled Peach Romesco

We added feta, grilled rosemary bread, castelvestrano olives, dates, tomatoes, and Marcona almonds to the plate along with some garlic chive flowers from the garden. The perfect appetizer/tartine dinner.
